We hired Michigan Rose Construction to finish our basement. We worked with Sean, Cory, and Paul to design a space to our liking, taking our basement from brick and concrete to a fully finished space. They delivered a product that was exactly as we had imagined, complete with custom shelving and a beautiful French door at the entrance. We had bids out for pouring the concrete floor in our 40x70 pole barn. Their bid was right in middle and actually a better value than the highest bid. Sean was the only one of the bidders to get back with me, so that cemented it (pun intended). Sean came out personally to view the job and they got started a couple of weeks later (weather issues). The crew that came out were very professional, even leveled off the ground outside the barn. On the day of the pour, Miguel and the entire crew spent 12 hours on the job in order to make sure it was done right. He even reset the door latch on my overhead door. I absolutely recommend Sean and Michigan Rose to anyone.
