Theo Tue, the project manager at Michigan Rose Construction, grew up in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. His early life was shaped by hunting trips with his father, which instilled a love for the outdoors and a deep appreciation for working with his hands. His father has been a key influence, inspiring Theo’s passion for building and his commitment to hard work.
Theo began his professional journey in landscaping, where he learned the value of hard work and the importance of kindness and authenticity. Inspired by his uncle’s work building homes, Theo pursued a career in construction, eventually becoming a project manager. His ability to construct homes from the ground up reflects his practical approach and deep knowledge of the trade.
As a valued member of the Michigan Rose Construction team, Theo is known for his dedication, leadership, and expertise. He ensures that every project runs on time and smoothly by paying close attention to detail and maintaining strong communication with both the team and clients. In his free time, Theo enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hunting, fishing, and working on home remodeling projects. Cory Walden, the Senior Estimator and Sales Manager at Michigan Rose Construction, grew up in Ypsilanti, Michigan. His early life was shaped by a close-knit family and strong friendships that have carried him through various stages of his life. His mother has been a key influence, guiding him with values that continue to shape his professional and personal journey.
Cory’s career path began in sales, customer service, and finance, with a strong background in construction that helped him earn extra income over the years. His first job at Quicken Loans (now Rocket Mortgage) taught him valuable lessons about sales, customer service, and efficiency, which he still applies today. In 2011, Cory took a pivotal step by starting his own property management business, driven by his passion for improving his environment and creating better spaces for those around him.
At Michigan Rose Construction, Cory is known for his expertise in estimation and sales management, efficiently overseeing projects and respecting clients’ time—the most valuable asset. His dedication to delivering excellent customer service and his ability to find the best solutions for clients make him an essential part of the team.
In his free time, Cory is an avid weightlifter, a passion he’s nurtured since the age of 15. He spends his time lifting weights with his son and nephew, or enjoying moments with his wife and daughter. Despite a busy schedule, Cory makes the most of his free time by prioritizing his family and personal passions.
